B. Pacorini S.p.A. and Pacorini Silocaf S.r.l. have set up, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 (“Whistleblowing” Directive), an informatic reporting channel which allows to confidentially submit reports related to unlawful activities. Both companies support and encourage all those who intend to submit a report, as any unlawful activity of any kind is considered a damage against them.
In particular, infringments of laws and regulations, of the Code of Ethics, of the internal policies and procedures adopted by B. Pacorini S.p.A. and Pacorini Silocaf S.r.l. can be reported.
Furthermore, it can be subject of report infringments of the Organizational, Management and Control Models adopted by both companies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
